Balboa Team Global Meeting: Three Days of Collaboration in Tijuana

Last week, the Balboa team gathered at our facility in Tijuana, Mexico, for a three-day global meeting that brought together colleagues from over 15 countries. The event was a valuable opportunity for team members from around the world to connect, share insights, and collaborate on the future of the business.

Our CEO, Sean Bagan, from Helios Technologies, joined the meeting, making this a truly cross-functional and global gathering. The days were filled with presentations, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative discussions. In the evenings, we came together for dinner to enjoy each other’s company, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the diversity and strength of our international team.

One of the highlights of the week was a hands-on experience where we learned how to make tortillas from scratch and then competed in a lively taco cook-off. This friendly competition brought out everyone’s creativity and was the perfect way to blend team building with local flavors.

This meeting was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together with a shared purpose. We left inspired, energized, and ready for our future.
