As an Assembly Operator ‘A’ with over 6 years at Balboa, Rosa loves the challenge of assembling relays and describes our team as available, responsible, and kind.

What do you do at Balboa, and how long have you worked here?
I’m an Assembly Operator ‘A’ in the preforming area, where we receive materials from the warehouse, such as capacitors, TB1, and relay boards. These materials are cut to the required size for use on the board, and we also assemble the relay board. I have been with the company for 6 years and 7 months.

Soy Operadora de Ensamble “A” en el área de preformado, donde recibimos el material proveniente de almacén, como capacitores, TB1 y placas de relé. Estos materiales se cortan según la medida requerida para su uso en la placa, y también se realiza el ensamble de la misma; tengo en la compañía 6 años y 7 meses

What’s your favorite part of your job or a project you’re especially proud of?
Assembling the relay, because it is engaging and requires a lot of focus and learning.

Hacer el relay, debido a que esta entretenido y conlleva mucha concentración y aprendizaje.

What’s something people might be surprised to learn about your job?
If a situation comes up at work and If I do not have the answer, I keep searching until I find a solution to the problem.

Si hay alguna situación que se presente en el trabajo, y no tengo la respuesta, busco hasta dar con la solución del problema.

If you could describe our team in three words, what would they be?
Availability, responsibility and Kindness

Disponibilidad, responsabilidad y cordialidad.

If you could switch jobs with anyone at the company for a day, who would it be and why?
With Human Resources department; Due to their great support for the staff.

What advice would you give to someone starting in your field?
Give 100% in your work, be responsible, be kind, have a good behavior, keep preparing yourself personally and professionally
